is a service Outsource Trade Group (OTG) provides to Buyers and Sellers.  It's a more secure approach to receiving your goods or getting paid.

Important: We do not solve trade disputes.  We are an intermediary between the Buyer and Seller by following the written terms of sale agreed upon by the Buyer and Seller. Written and signed terms is a document that sets out payment arrangements and delivery of goods.  Written terms are necessary for our clients to use our Trade Payment Service.

OTG accepts almost all forms of credit card payment, VISA, Mastercard, American Express and in some cases a 'digital check'.

HOW IT WORKS: THE STEPS

1. Buyer or Seller REGISTER and PURCHASE the Trade Payment Service on our online store.  Click here to view fees and to purchase.

2.  FOR SELLER: When you have found a Buyer for your transaction, notify OTG Export Agent via e-mail at nancy.wood@outsourcetradegroup.com.

Include in your email the terms of payment agreed upon by both the Buyer and Seller.  If you do not have written terms, OTG can create written terms for you at no additional cost.

OTG sends you a unique link, specialized for your transaction.  You may notify your Buyer that you have an Export Agent that intermediates your transaction, and instruct them to pay by clicking on this link.

FOR BUYER: When you find a Seller for your transaction, notify OTG Export agent via e-mail at nancy.wood@outsourcetradegroup.com

Include in your email the terms of payment agreed upon by both the Buyer and Seller.  If you do not have written terms, OTG can create written terms for you at no additional cost.

OTG will send you a unique link, specialized for your transaction.  You make a payment via this link.  You or OTG can notify the Seller that you have an Export Agent that intermediates your transaction and payment will be tendered on the date specified in the agreement.

3. OTG sends payment to Seller.  -OTG will only send payment according to the written terms of the agreement
   OTG sends payment in the following ways: 

•           OTG wires the money to the Sellers's bank account
•           OTG sends a physical check to the Seller
•           OTG sends money to Seller via Paypal or other online payment system

4.  Transaction is complete!  Buyer has goods.  Seller has payment
