WHAT IS VIRTUAL TRADE MANAGEMENT?

We provide ALL the necessary day-to-day trade compliance services, at a fraction of the cost (of a full-time personnel or staff of trade compliance professionals) from our remote offices in the United States and United Kingdom.  We have found that most small-medium size businesses, importing and/or exporting do not need a full-time trade compliance staff  and the hefty expense that this incurs.  However, it is mandatory to mitigate risk (in the form of severe penalties), that can arise when businesses do not import and export according to various global trade regulations. Our services also help to expedite global shipments and avoid custom delays. Access to a qualified trade professional is necessary if you are selling your products globally.

For all our clients, we establish an interactive Question and Answer Forum for shipments.  This allows you and your customers to interact with us in real-time about issues or questions that arise and receive immediate answers. 

 Communication:  Communication is key.  We ensure effective communication with our clients through these automated systems, phone, video conferencing, monthly status reports and on site visits.

HOW IT WORKS

Our goal is to make top of the line trade expertise accessible and affordable to small-medium size business.  We offer two options:

Virtual Trade Management Program: which is essentially your off-site full service trade compliance department. Time frames to retain our services are normally at least 1 year. We do allow new clients to retain our services for a minimum of 6 months. 

Second Option- Project Basis.  We provide this service for companies that need a specific project or task to be completed swiftly and accurately.  This may include but not limited to:

  • Database of Classifications
  • Export Licenses
  • Formulations of Agreements such as Technical Assistance, Voluntary Disclosures etc
